- IsoPink or Styrofoam may melt if regular adhesive is used. Be sure to use G2 adhesive or foam adhesive specifically designed for insulation.
- When installing 2 layers (2p], the seams must be installed in a zigzag pattern to prevent overlapping and to improve thermal insulation performance.
- It is not possible to apply wallpaper directly over insulation. You must create a finished surface using gypsum board or E-board before applying wallpaper or paint.
- Since ceiling work or walls with complex shapes result in significant cutting loss, it is recommended to allow a generous loss rate of at least 10%.

The standard length of a single sheet varies depending on the material. Please enter the specifications of the material to be installed, such as Iso Pink/Styrofoam (900x1800] or E-Board (900x2400].
3. Surcharge Rate and Deduction Area
We recommend a scrap loss of 5~10% during cutting, and please enter the area of spaces where materials do not adhere, such as windows or doors, into the deduction area.

Filling gaps with urethane foam
Gaps between insulation materials or at corners where they meet walls are the main culprits of condensation. Do not cut the materials too tightly; leave a margin of about 10mm, and then thoroughly fill the gaps with polyurethane foam to form a perfect insulation layer.

Cross-layer installation (when installing 2 or more layers]
When installing two layers of insulation, you must install them in a staggered zigzag pattern so that the seams of the first and second layers do not overlap to completely prevent thermal bridging.

Use dedicated adhesive (G2 Bond]
If you use regular oil-based adhesive when installing IsoPink or Styrofoam, the materials will melt. You must use G2 adhesive or foam adhesive, which are specifically designed for Styrofoam, to ensure a safe attachment.

- Q. Can I wallpaper directly on top of Styrofoam?
- A. It is not possible. Since the surface is too smooth for wallpaper to adhere, you must prepare a finished surface using materials such as drywall or insulation board before proceeding with wallpapering or painting.
- Q. Can I also calculate ceiling insulation with this calculator?
- A. Yes, it is possible. You just need to enter the total ceiling area. However, since ceilings are difficult to work on and result in significant material loss, it is recommended to set the markup rate to 10% or higher.
- Q. Does the number of sheets required change if the insulation is thicker?
- A. No, this calculator is a tool for determining area (number of sheets] and is unrelated to thickness. However, you must separately determine the thickness that meets on-site insulation standards when placing your order.
